Ingredients
Udah dal (2 tsp)
Red chilli (3)
Coconut (2-3 spoons)
Any vegetable ( cut in squares)
Mustard seeds (few)
Jeera (1/2 tsp)
Pepper (8-10)
Coconut (3-4 spoon)
Tur dal or moong dal (1 cup)
Curry leaves (6-7)
How to make it?
1. Boil any vegetable like snake gourd,cabbage,bottle gourd.
2. Fry udah dal, red chilli,pepper and jeera in little oil.
3. Grind the above mix with coconut.
4. Add it to the boiled vegetable.
5. Add boiled tur dal or moong dal to it.
6. Season udah dal, rai and curry leaves in oil and add to the above mix.
