Drumstick Sabji

Ingredients

Drumsticks (2)
Small onions (7-8)
Garlic (4-5)
Ginger Garlic Paste (1/2 spoon)
Tomato (2)
Bayleaves (1)
Cloves (4)
Sonf (little)
Turmeric (1/2 spoon)
Chilli Powder (1/2 spoon)
Dhaniya Powder (1/2 spoon)
Jeera Powder (1/2 spoon)
Salt (as per taste)
Maggii masala (1/2 packet)
Coriander leaves ( for garnishing)

How to make it??

1. Take oil in a pan.
2. Add jeera, sonf, cloves and bay leaf.
3. Add turmeric powder. Add whole garlic cloves and whole of small onions.
4. Allow the onions to turn brownish golden. Add tomotoes and allow it to cook till oil seperates.
5. Then add drumsticks and stir well.
6. Next add chilli powder , jeera powder and dhaniya powder.
7. After that, Add 1 cup of water . Check if drum sticks have cooked, add 1/2 packet of maggi masala magic.
8. Now cook for 5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapatis
