Murmura Chiwda

Preparation time : 20 mins
Serves : can be stored for a month

Ingredients

Murmura Chiwda (puffed rice) (1 packet)
Green Chilli (5-6)
Curry leaves (7-8)
Pandharpur dal (1/4 cup)
Red chilli (4 spoons)
Salt (4 spoons)
Groundnuts (1/4 cup)
Oil (2-3 teaspoons)
Turmeric (1/3 teaspoon)

How to make it?

1. Take oil in a pan. Heat it. Add green chilli and curry leaves and roast it.
2. Add groundnuts and pandarpur dal. Allow them to turn brown.
3. After that put turmeric and then murmura (puffed rice) and stir well.
4. Put red chilli and salt as per taste and mix well. Allow it be on gas for sometime.
5. Allow it cool for sometime and store in a air tight container.
