Veg Hakka Noodles

Veg Hakka Noodles is a easy chinese main course.

Ingredients

Hakka Noodles - 2 packets
Capsicum - 1 ( chopped into medium size pieces)
Carrot - 1 ( chopped into medium size pieces)
Onion - 2 ( chopped into medium size pieces)
Spring onion - 3 ( chopped into medium size pieces)
Schewan chutney - 2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Oil - 5 tsp

How to make Veg Hakka Noodles

1. Boil the hakka noodles in water as per instructions in the packet. Keep it aside.
2. Take oil in a pan. Add chopped onion pieces into it. Allow it to turn brown.
3. Add capsicum and carrot (chopped into medium size pieces) to it. Allow it to cook.
4. Add schezwan chutney to the mixture and mix well.
5. Add water and allow it to cook for 2 mins.
6. Next add hakka noodles to the pan. Allow it cook. Mix well.
7. Garnish with spring onion leaves and serve hot.
