Chana Sprout Salad

Serves -4
Ingredients
Chana - 3/4 cup (Soaked and Boiled)
Capsicum - 1 cup (chopped into big pieces)
Cauliflower - 3-4 florets
Spring Onion -1 cup (chopped into big pieces)
Spring onion leaves - (finely chopped)
Tomatoes -1 (chopped into big pieces)
Cucumber -1 (chopped into big pieces)
Amchur powder - a pinch
Salt -as per taste
How to make it?
1. Chop the vegetables Capsicum,Spring onion,Tomatoes,Cauliflower) into big pieces.
2. Combine all vegetables and chopped spring onion leaves and chana in a bowl.
3. Pour vinegar on the mixture.
4. Toss well in a little oil. Add salt and amchur powder as per taste.
5. Squeeze lemon juice over it. Serve it.
