Dhaniya Paratha/Puri

Ingredients

Coriander (chopped)
Wheat flour (3 cups)
Salt (2-3 spoons)
Water
Turmeric (1 spoon)
Green chill (3-4)
Garlic (4-5 cloves)
Milk (2-3 spoons)

How to make it?

1. Chop the coriander to small pieces.
2. Take the wheat flour, salt , turmeric and mix them together.
4. Grind green chillis and garlic to make a paste.
5. Add milk, chilli and garlic paste to the flour and make it to soft dough.
6. Roll into parathas or puris.
7. Serve with curd.
