Chilli Paneer Dry

Serves - 4 ( 20 pieces of Chiili Panner)
Preparation time - 1/2 hour

Ingredients

Panner (cut into cubes) - 100 gms
Cornflour - 3 tbsp
Capsicum (cut into small squares) - 1 no.s
Onion ( finely chopped) - 2 no.s
Spring onion leaves ( chopped into small pieces ( 6-7 onions from the bunch)
Red chilli flakes - 3-4 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Salt - As needed
Oil - for frying paneer cubes and seasoning

Preparation

1. Prepare a watery batter of cornflour, salt, red chilli flakes. The batter should be of flowing consistency same as used for frying bhajiyas.
2. Dip the paneer pieces into the batter and deep fry them in oil. Dont let the paneer cubes stick together. Let the pieces turn slightly brownish on the edges.
3. Keep the fried panner aside and take oil in a pan. Add chopped onions.
4. Fry the onion. Add capsicum pieces. Let them cook for sometime. Add red chilli flakes.
5. Now add tomato ketchup and soy sauce in to the mixture.
6. Add friend paneer and spring onion leaves. Allow the mixture on fire for 5 mins.
7. Serve it hot.
